Specialized Library of Philosophy & Theology

This library was established by the office of Grand Ayatollah Sistani for the following purposes:
1. This library is to encourage and activate rational studies about Islam and the True Religion of Ahlalbayt (a.s.).
2. Gathering books pertaining to philosophy and Kalam (theology).
3. Providing students of rational science with philosophy and theology books and references.
Books of rational science available in this library are under the following categories:
1. Philosophy
2. Theology
3. Logic
4. History
5. Hikamah
6. Erfaan (Gnosticism)
7. Philosophy schools
8. Important reference books such as philosophical commentaries and books of Hadiths etc.
