Answer: If it is merely a colour without forming any physical layer or barrier on the skin, then it is permissible and does not invalidate Wudhu or Ghusl.

Answer: It is permissible as long as it does not promote falsehood or involve any other religiously objectionable action. However, it is generally better to avoid such an act altogether.

Answer: Subcutaneous tattooing is permissible in and of itself and does not affect ritual ablution (wudhu), ritual washing (ghusl), or prayer.

Answer: Since the tattoos are done under the skin, there is no problem. However, if they are considered zinah (adornment) in common view, she must cover them from non-mahram men.
